Research On The Risk Evaluation Of Third Party Logistics Enterprise

With the development of economy and information technology, the third party logistics is becoming the main form and development direction of modern logistics and its development potential is great. However, the third party is a huge complex system with many processes, links and stakeholder enterprises. Besides, fierce market competition makes third-party logistics enterprise face growing risk which has affected their normal operation in large part and made it impossible to cope with the complex and changing market environment. Therefore, in view of the development present situation of our country third party logistics enterprise, the risk evaluation research of the third party logistics enterprise has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper puts the third party logistics enterprise risk as a research object. Firstly, this paper elaborates the domestic and foreign research status about the risk evaluation of third party logistics enterprise, summarizes the basic theory of the third party logistics, risk evaluation theory and the characteristics of third party logistics enterprise which lays the theoretical foundation for the risk evaluation of third-party logistics enterprises.Secondly, it analyzes the situation of third-party logistics enterprise by the way of SWOT analysis and provides the problems of risk evaluation. Thirdly,this paper establishes the risk evaluation index system on the basis of the construction principle of the index system and the identification of risk factors which contains financial risk, management risk, environmental risk and operational risk. Then, it constructs the evaluation model based on the combination of Entropy, AHP and Grey Theory. Finally, this paper puts a third party logistics company as an example, makes empirical analysis and puts forward four corresponding suggestions such as establishing risk assessment organization, strengthening manpower resources management,information system management and customer relationship management.
