Promoting the transfer of Agricultural land contract anagement right based on Rural collective ownership, contract right and management right to operate Separation of powers, it is the only way to solve the problem that between the disperse contract under the household contract responsibility system and agricultural modernization, it is also the inherent requirement to promote the integration of urban and rural development. Over the years, many areas with their own geographical features practiced and explorated the transfer of arable land management right, the practice of demand is the source for innovative, the practice exploration that which from the grassroots targeted clearly, with strong vitality and applicability. Huangxi Village practiced the transfer of "Determining authority, determining shares and uncertainty block" approach and Anyi practiced the transfer of "service cooperation for land"’turnover are typical of Jiangxi farmland management rights, through the two practice exploration, the two ways been proved that promoted the management rights transfer of contracted land.The research mainly adopts the method discussion and questionnaire combined, in-depth study based on the two land management right transfer. Respectively expounds the difference of two places on organization, practice and existing problems, and compared two kinds wany of organization mode, the advantages and disadvantages from the theory of theoretical foundation. At the same time, analyzed the different of two ways in the cognition of property, transferied willingness, basic situation, successful experience. Finally, summarize the enlightenment from the practice of the two transfer effect on the transfer of land contract and management rights.
