| Residents’ disposable income increase, price increases, the arrival of the information age, as well as the higher quality of the residents, and many other factors demand for a substantial increase in personal finance bank of Heilongjiang Province in a short time. Faced with the demand, the Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province had introduced a variety of financial products, and achieved fruitful results. But the benefits always come with risks, so we must have a clear understanding of the risk. However, financial risk management study for personal bank is not sufficient nowadays, especially for financial risk management of Heilongjiang Agricultural Bank of individuals is still blank. Based on this, this dissertation makes a research on the risk management issues, using literature study method and other research methods, relying upon the practical of Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance.This dissertation, according to the development of personal financial services of Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province, drawing on modern portfolio theory, the capital asset pricing theory, etc, analyzes the main problems existing in the risk management process of Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province, and make a detailed summary of the surface of the personal financial services on the risks and causes. Through building a risk assessment system for risk assessment of personal financial services, then it puts forward some proposals on personal financial services risk control of Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province from both internal and external. These countermeasures could enhance the core competition ability of personal financial services, reduce the risk of personal financial services, and indicate the direction for the development of the Agricultural Bank of Heilongjiang Province. Finally, it has a certain significance for the development of personal financial services of other commercial banks. |
