The Research On The Economical Hotels Development Strategy Of Mi Ni Shi Kong In Hunan

As China’s Reform and Opening has made great progress,and the rapid development of economy, people’s standard of living has been a qualitative leap, China’s tourism has stepped into a period of steady development, ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity. The rapid development of China’s tourism industry has brought great opportunities for the development of China’s hotel industry, A new kind of hotel 一 economical hotels have appeared in China since the 1990 s,and they have yielded unusually brilliallt results in hotel market.As a big middle province with rich tourism resources, the potential market of the economical hotels in Hunan is huge, so Hunan will inevitably become the main investment goal.In this study, we focus on the economical hotel of Hunan mi ni shi kong, analysis it’s external macro environment and industry competitive environment。we made a SWOT analysis on the economic hotels in Changde and found that there are not only good opportunities but also many threats for the development of the economical hotels,also we find the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel。We recommend Hunan mi ni shi kong about the following development strategies:detailed market positioning;innovative marketing model;corporate brand building;chain operation, and we also recommend guarantee measures:to strengthen the enterprise culture construction;attention to personnel training; reduce production costs.
