Study On Influencing Factors Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer And Countermeasure Of Ganzhou City

From the world economic history, we can find that undertaking industrial transfer plays a major role for the great-leap-forward development of undertaking country or region. After the World War II, Japan undertook industrial transfer from the United States and developed very fast. Soon it became the world’s second largest economic country. The economic boom of “Asian four Tigers” and “Asian Four Dragons” is largely thanks to undertaking the industrial transfer from developed countries. And since the reform and opening up, China’s eastern coastal areas actively undertake international industrial transfer to promote the rapid development of the economy. So, undertaking industrial transfer has played a vital role to the "east Asian miracle". With the financial crisis, the European debt crisis and elements of China’s coastal areas such as land, labor costs rising, a new round of industry shift boom has come.Combining the implementation of three strategies, 《 undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area planning of Wanjiang city belt》,《about several opinions supporting the revitalization of the development of the central Soviet area such as Gannan》and 《Luoxiao Moutain for regional development and poverty alleviation planning(2011-2020)》, the thesis based on the relative special geographical position of the central Soviet area Ganzhou city as an example. We use the research method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. We make the correlative industrial transfer theory as the breakthrough point. First, we combed the relevant theories of industry transfer. Then analyze the influencing factors of industrial transfer, from following aspects: the factor endowment, space distance and regional policy. We analyze the status quo of Ganzhou undertaking industrial transfer from four aspects: undertaking industrial transfer scale, industry development present situation, source area distribution and Ganzhou city undertaking industrial transfer policy. And then make a model and select the relevant data, using Eviews for implementing stationarity test and regression analysis. Thus we get the corresponding conclusion. In recent years, Ganzhou’s undertaking industrial transfer projects and the scale of using foreign capital increase rapidly, and industrial structure optimize and increasingly reasonable. But the transfer of industry focuses on manufacturing industry, and the proportion of the tertiary industry is low; Regional concentration is too high, while internationalization degree is not high; Scale of projects is small, and the level of industry is not high; Value the economic growth, and ignore the sustainable development; The transportation infrastructure is imperfect, and the transfer vector function is limited. Then we think Ganzhou undertaking industrial transfer should insist on the principle of sustainability, principle of appropriate and principle of combining market leading and the government pushing. Finally aiming at the existing problem of Ganzhou undertaking industrial transfer and the empirical results, we put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for Ganzhou to undertake industrial transfer. First is to speed up the pace of urbanization development and expand the size of the market to promote economic growth. The second is to speed up the development of human resources and establish and improve the personnel training and introduction mechanism. The third is to strengthen the construction of infrastructure facilities to provide good environment to undertaking industrial transfer. The fourth is to open wider to the outside and undertake industrial transfer actively. The fifth is to accelerate the construction of industrial park to improve industrial supporting ability.
