Fruit industry is one of the characteristic agriculture pillar industry in our province, for the promotion of farmers’ income effect is greater than food crops, but also has the function of protecting the environment, maintaining ecological balance is a green sunrise industry with sustainable development. Since 2007, with the national industry labor costs rise, fruit production labor costs are rising year by year,2012 fruit production labor than doubled in 2007, made the farmers’ income growth is slowing, and since the transfer of rural labor force, reduced labor quality, labor structure imbalance, and the development of industry promoted the rising labor costs and bring the great challenge of fruit industry development. This article through to the main planting tree species in our province three planting fruit trees apples, pears and grapes needed for the production of labor costs has carried on the analysis, tries to reflect rising labor costs influence on overall development of fruit industry in our province, the development of fruit production for the new situation can be draw lessons from the practice of reference. The rapid rise in labor costs huge influence on fruit a labor-intensive industries.for example,in our province’s main fruit such as apples, pears, grapes, Five years from 2002 to 2002, the provinces labor input apple has increased by 2 times, pear increased by 1.4 times, grape has increased by 2 times, Net income of apple orchard increased 2.5 times, pear increased 3.1 times, the vineyard has increased 1.56 times. Five years from 2007 to 2007, labor input apple has increased by 1.5 times, pear increased by 2.3 times, grape has increased by 1.5 times; Net income of apple orchard increased 1.6 times, pear increased 1.77 times, grapes increased 1.2 times. As you can see, in the case of labor input growing year by year, from 2007 to 2012, apples, pears, grapes, net income growth in five years than in the past five years has fallen by 36%,43% and 23%, respectively. The increase of labor cost and no corresponding to orchard net income growth increased, thus it can be seen in the fruit price, labor and production data are increasing, labor costs increase net income growth, not only did not make orchard instead of part of the revenue from the orchard, the size of net income growth slows down the orchard.
