It’s an era of market-oriented economy, and talent becomes the key to maintain competitive advantage for enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should try their best to attract and retain talents. An effective human resource management,especially an advanced compensation management system which is the core content of human resource management, plays an important role to make differences.This paper focuses on a company, whose superiors is a largestate-owned enterprise. In our country, such formed companies are relative representative. The paper extends in the guidance of basic compensation theory, and adopts scientific analysis and research tools to study the current situation of compensation management in the enterprise,thus exposing some problems in the compensation management, such as a lack of fairness and incentive etc. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems which caused serious brain drain, resulting in negative impact for BY company. Therefore, the first thing to deal with these problems is to optimize BY company’s compensation system. First, this paper provides an overview of the company’s main business, organization structure and present human resources.Second, the paper applies both external compensation survey and internal compensation survey to analyze current situation, identify problems and look for answers.Then,the paper proposes specific programs in respect of optimization according to related theory. What’s more, the paper further makes specific safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of this program in the company.Hope that through the study of the salary system of BY company, the establishment of a prominent operators and technicians in the compensation characteristics, to solve the existing problems, at the same time, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff work, strengthen the enterprise human resources, improve the efficiency of management of the enterprise; on the other hand, the optimization design of the current state-owned enterprises and the aviation manufacturing industry salary system plays a certain reference role.
