The Influence Of Knowledge Sharing In Alliance On The Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Performance

With the development of science and the globalization of economic, innovation has become the key to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises. We must pay more attention to the collaborative innovation. The main characteristic of the strategic emerging industries is collaborative innovation.The developmental pattern of the strategic emerging industries is alliance. The strategic emerging industries also play an important role in realizing the structure optimization and reforming the economic system. How to improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation in the strategic emerging industries has become an important research topic to us. The knowledge sharing in the members of the alliance is the foundation of the cooperative innovation of alliance. Its effect will directly affect the efficiency of cooperative innovation alliance. Therefore, to improve the collaborative innovation of the strategic emerging industries, what we do firstly is to make clear the relationship between cooperative innovation performance and the alliance knowledge sharing in the strategic emerging industries. In the strategic emerging industries alliance, enterprises are the main body that put the collaborative innovation into profit. The cooperative innovation performance can directly reflect the level of innovation performance of the alliance. Therefore, this papers study on the relationship between the knowledge sharing effect of the strategic emerging industries alliance and the cooperative innovation performance of the enterprises.By reviewing the related literatures, can we found that the research about the relationship between knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation performance before is mostly concentrated in the traditional enterprises. Based on the analysis of the characters of knowledge, making strategic emerging industries alliance as the research object, adhibiting the knowledge integration and the knowledge absorption capacity of enterprises,the research study the direct and the indirect effects between the knowledge sharing of the strategic emerging industries alliance and the collaborative innovation performance of the enterprises. By collecting the relevant data and using the smartpls2.0 software to verify the research hypotheses, this papper constructs the structural equation model of the knowledge sharing in strategic emerging industry alliance, the capacity of knowledge absorptive, the capability of the knowledge integration and collaborative innovation of enterprises.The conclusions of the study are as follows: Firstly, the knowledge sharing in the strategic emerging industry alliance has a direct positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance of the enterprises; Secondly, by affecting the knowledge absorptive capacity of the enterprises, the knowledge sharing in the strategic emerging industry alliance has a indirect positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance of the enterprises; Thirdly, by affecting the knowledge integration capacity of the enterprises, the knowledge sharing in the strategic emerging industry alliance has a indirect positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance of the enterprises.By analyzing the knowledge of the strategic emerging industry alliance, this papper constructs the structural equation model of the knowledge sharing in strategic emerging industry alliance, the capacity of knowledge absorptive, the capability of the knowledge integration and collaborative innovation of enterprises. This provides a theoretical basis for improving performance of the collaborative innovation in the emerging industries of strategic alliance. Of course, there are some deficiencies in this papper that need further research.
