In this paper, we use the research methods of regional economics, econometrics, city economics, and spatial economics.This article uses Geoda and Matlab statistical software.And we summarized and quantitative statistical analysis of the data. This article also reference and with the aid of research methods and achievements of the predecessors.In theory, we analyzed the relationship of the financial agglomeration and urbanization,and the inherent mechanism and general law. This paper demonstrates the synergetic development of financial institutions in space,and demonstrates the impact mechanism of financial institutions to the development of urbanization. By collecting the data of ten city, we measure the measure of urbanization. And this paper uses the spatial lag model and spatial error model to examine the spatial correlation of their relationship. The result shows that the financial industry agglomeration in recent11years the impact on the economy is on the rise.
