The Win-win Model is aimed at solving the problem of the decline combining logistics effect with I.T. consumer product value in the rural area of China due to the road confined and curved, and the territory vast. The writer re-defines the concept of logistics effects and product value respectively, leaving the conclusion that logistics and product value are the comprehensive problem based on time, space and economy. So solving the problem above is in the eyes of these three dimensionalities. Thus, finding the way how to describe these three dimensionalities is the first step, and expressing the logistics effects and product value by using these three dimensionalities is the second one, solving the problem ultimately step-by-step due to the logic of it above.The writer creates the way, variable matrix, to describe the time, space and economy those three abstract concepts after studying the relative theories, being the time variable matrix, the space variable matrix and the economy variable matrix. What is more, the writer also invents the way analyzed and quantized the abstract concept, which is the logic Minimum Variable. Moreover, the two effected directly factors are the other key inventions from writer also, which are the ways that logic minimum variable do follow for, being the one part of solution of analysis the key problem of this paper. Most importantly, the writer puts the logistics effects and product value into the variable matrix to analyze and quantize the characteristics of them, getting the conclusion that re-organizing the construction between the sales channel and logistics, and increasing consumer satisfaction though focusing on the product design targeted, the promotion, and the arrangements of sales areas are the key strategies to solve the problem radically. Apparently, the Win-win Model is a process linking theory with practice:taking the problem into the variable matrix, getting the conclusions from matrix, and forming the solution from conclusion.Putting the solution into the real corporation that writer works for is another innovation of this paper. Highly appreciate writer’s bosses to help writer practice the solution of this paper to justify its rationality and applicability.
