A company is the world’s largest e-commerce company, in order to improve competitiveness it built logistics system when comes china. But with the increasing competition environment, A company face a huge challenge in terminal distribution, the problem such as high distribution costs, low success delivery rate at one time began to appear.In order to solve the problem, this article layout Pick-up points for A company in Beijing according to the ideas of proposed problem, analysis problem, problem-solving. First, analysis the Order distribution, delivery status and the population characteristics of A company in Beijing, then put the university, CBD, residential area which average daily orders over100as demand points. Then, on the basis of history order, using the regression analysis of SPSS software to forecast demand point orders in the next five years. At the same time, analysis the proportion of people who would like to choose pick-up points through the network questionnaire, then forecast the quantity of pick-up orders of demand points. After that, put university and haolinju store as prepare pick-up points at the basis of research and analysis for the existing social resources. Then, research the current distribution station and the influencing factors and principles of pick-up DC. Finally, choose the distribution station that in demand area as Pick-up DC for lower transport costs.As customers demand different Pick-up points distance, we analysis the number of the customer at different distance by online questionnaire. Then, fitting out a suitable distance penalty function by nonlinear regression of SPSS software and the existence bump distance penalty function. Then, constructed a pick-up points network model, the goal of the model is to minimize the cost of transportation cost between pick-up points and pick-up DC, the construction costs of pick-up points, distance punishment cost, then obtain the optimal results through the lingo programming. Finally, analysis the result of pick-up points from the aspects of distribution cost, the success delivery rate at one time and the customer return process. By2020, compare the results of layout pick-up points or not, distribution cost will save4607Yuan per day, the success delivery rate at one time will improve4.3%, the customer satisfaction to pick-up order reach98%and the return process become more convenient and quick.
