Facing a higher rate of return and the relative stability of the expected income, commercial banks of china with its sensitive sense of smell join into the army of project financing quickly, and become an important business assets of commercial bank. However, the high income necessarily means higher risk, long duration, uncertainty, also the project financing comes into China for a short time, the risk management of this kind of loan is lack of relevant study, it will bring great loss to the assets of bank loan. Therefore, it is very necessary to make in-depth study of risk management for loans before the event, in the event and after the event, this can make the bank obtaining stable expected return and also can control the risk of bank loan within acceptable limits.This thesis represent the fundamental assumptions of project financing and risk management of bank loan, current situation of risk management for project loan, making analysis of risk for project loan in recognition evaluation, analysis and control measures. Combined with a case to make it much more simple and intuitive display, through some practical proposes for further improvement, with the expectation of providing more comprehensive reference and help to risk management of project loans, to help the commercial bank to control the risk of project loan and the risk management to the bank of its own are within a reasonable range.
