Study On Quality Of The Transfer Of Rural Labor Force In The Process Of New-type Urbanization

Urbanization is an important symbol of modernization, and the currenturbanization as the key to expanding domestic demand is the important power toadjust the industrial structure and the basic way to balance urban and ruraldevelopment. The so-called urbanization is not only the increase of the urbanpopulation and the expansion of the urban scale, but also the process of thepeople’s production way, the life style and the process of changing values.Since entering in twenty-first century, China government has put forward“new-type urbanization” concept, and makes clear that the new-typeurbanization is the human centered urbanization. The transfer of rural laborforce, as the “main force”, has played an important role and made a greatcontribution to the development of China’s urbanization. It can be said, China’surbanization in a large extent is rely on the transfer of rural labor force topromote, only from the transfer of rural labor force to begin, promotingurbanization depends on improving their overall quality. At the same time, thenew-type urbanization development also raised new challenges andrequirements to the rural transfer of the quality of the labor force. For thetransfer of rural labor force into the cities and towns, or have urban registration,the more important is the living conditions and the ability to adapt to the city. Sothe quality of the transfer of rural labor force becomes more and more important when the current city hardware implementation is in the relatively perfectconditions. New-Type urbanization requires the transfer of rural labor force withhigher cultural knowledge, skills, occupation, moral level and legal concept.And it requires that the transfer of rural labor can form the public values andchange the way of life, behavior habit, occupation and employment status. Sothey can really emerge into the city life. But the reality is that the overall qualityof the transfer of rural labor force is relatively low. There is still a gap in thequality of the new urbanization. This not only restricts the development of therural transfer labor itself, but also influences the new-type urbanization and theadvancement of the socialist modernization process in China. Therefore, only bycontinuously improving the overall quality of the rural transferred labor, can weadapt to the new urbanization construction of the quality of the people’s qualityand meet the needs of the socialist modernization.The thesis describes the relationship between the new-type urbanizationand transfer of rural labor force quality and takes the quality of rural labortransfer process of the new urbanization as a starting point to investigate thetransfer quality the status of the rural labor force in L city in Shanxi Province onthe basis of the domestic and foreign related research results by questionnaires,field visits, individual and group interviews and other research methods,analyzing the current situation of the transfer of rural labor force quality,summarizing the reasons of problems, advantages of its existence and itsproblems, and putting forward improving ways and countermeasures of rurallabor quality, so as to speed up the process of urbanization in China and improveto provide a strong reference for the transfer of rural labor quality.
