With the progress of science and technology and the development of the Internet, e-commerce has already become a part of people’s life, at the same time it drives the rise of express delivery industry. However, there are still many defects which is one of the urgent problems to be solved by express practitioners in Chinese express companies, such as low level of management, backward technology, low degree of information technology and unstable service quality and so on, especially in the regional express, and these defects have already seriously hindered the development of economy. This paper starts with the current situation of regional express company, discusses the possibility and necessity of the establishment of regional express alliance service station, proposes the design theory of the regional express alliance service station, determines the location model and delivery methods of the regional express alliance service station, finally uses the Flexsim software to simulate and analyze.Firstly, based on the analysis and evaluation of the status quo of China’s regional express, the paper discusses the feasibility of the establishment of regional express alliance service station. This paper based on the ecological system of law and its enlightenment on regional express alliance service station design, from the three laws of ecosystems which belong to natural dialectics including closed cycle rules, feedback control law, system harmonious law point of view, draws the design principle of regional express alliance service station and propose a simple design theory.Secondly, based on the discrete location model and continuous location model and their enlightenment to the location selection of express alliance service station in the region, the location calculation method to design the location selection of regional express alliance service station is developed. At last, this paper take location selection designing of the one university as an example, the calculation result of location calculation method is compared with real result. The comparison shows the location calculation method is effective.After that, this paper proposes the distribution strategy model, a lower bound on the cost of any feasible distribution strategy is derived from using mathematical derivation method. Effectiveness of distribution methods of alliance service station is researched, and the formula for calculating the effectiveness of the classic case of the fixed partition policy is concluded, then the condition of utilizing fixed partition policy is proposed. Ultimately a reasonable way for regional express alliance service station is determined.Finally, Flexsim simulation software is introduced briefly, this paper uses Flexsim visualization simulation technology to design the process of the regional express alliance service station according to the characteristics of the regional express alliance service stations, and take the process of the express alliance service station in one university as an example to model and simulate, the optimal transportation capacity and personnel demand model is built through analyzing simulation results. |
