The Research Of Heavy Pollution Enterprise Environment Management Level Evaluation In China

In recent years, environmental protection concept has become more and more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the national related department has take more and more attention to the enterprises’ environment working. Environmental management has become a new business management model. As the main pollution industry, heavy pollution industry faces the pressure of the energy conservation and emissions reduction.In this paper, we study the environmental management level evaluation system as a kind of new incentives, to promote the enterprise environment management work and the expansion of environmental management theory, and this research has a certain practical and theoretical significance.This paper make a research and exploration of heavy pollution enterprises’ environment management level evaluation with the use of literature research,quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and empirical analysis,and even combined with the theory of circular economy and ecological industry and stakeholders.Firstly,this paper defined the heavy pollution, environmental management and related concepts and so on;Secondly, from three aspects: strategic, management, performance has established the heavy pollution enterprise environment management level evaluation index system, selection and weight calculation and space vector method to measure enterprise’s environmental management level; Again, this article selects four typical enterprise of iron and steel industry environment management level evaluation,the four companies of environment management present situation has carried on the thorough analysis, aiming at the problems existing in the enterprise in the environmental management are discussed in this paper and give the improvement Suggestions; Finally, this paper gives the implementation of environmental management level evaluation system of basic safeguard measures, and the outlook and the shortcomings of this article made a further elaboration.This article play a promote and guiding role for heavy pollution of our country enterprise environment management work, at the same time the result of the environmental management level evaluation provide a more scientific basis for the government policy, financial decision making.
