Designing And Study About Accounting System Of A Lubricant Factory

Oil is the strongest and used largely energy in energy industry. It can be used in many things, for example, it can be used to make petrol, diesel oil, natural gas, rubber, skin protection and so on. Lubricant oil is also made from oil, and it can use for car and industry. And it belongs to lower reached of oil industry. From 1980 s, China welcomes global enterprise to build subsidiary company and factory in China. As reform and open to the outside world and economy developed fast in these 30 years, China can attract global enterprise by cheap labor force, open economic environment and strong general national power. China has been economic partner which global enterprise can’t ignore. A lubricant factory of this article is global enterprise’s subsidiary factory in China. As A lubricant factory was built in economic development zone, it should build general accounting system frame to manage finance of factory.This article uses article research method, experience summary method and case analysis method to study accounting system, based on account, voucher, financial report, internal control system, process design and accounting organization to finish designing, research, improvement of management process. Any company or organization should need process and system to manage them, especially financial system is the best important and basic system. According to GAAP, anti-corruption law and international process management rule, meanwhile related factory fact to design the accounting system and financial process rule of factory. We design the accounting system and financial process rule to manage the company process properly and reasonably, to make the financial system of the whole company to more adaptable to accounting rules and more orderly.The conclusions of this study are as follow:(1)establishment and correct use of account is fundamental promise of accounting system;(2)supporting document of voucher and proper saving of voucher is the necessary requirement of accounting system;(3)financial report is the effect manifestation of accounting system, which should be clear to satisfy the demand of users to learn the financial situation of corporation;(4)internal control system is the guarantee of continuous development for corporation;(5)control of main work and improvement of processing program is tool which can enable financial management process related with fact use;(6)Accounting organization can ensure accounting system going smoothly.This article only analysis A lubricant factory’s accounting system, but A lubricant factory is subsidiary company of global enterprise. Meanwhile China is building economic development zone. This article can be an example of establishment of accounting system for same kind factory.
