The domain of E-ecommerce has extent to every aspect of human life. with its strong vitality,it is penetrating into the field of international trade, and has creat a new form of international trade. E-ecommerce takes IT and logistics technology as the cornerstone. It can fill the trade gap between physically dispersed national markets, integrating them into a unified global virtualization market. In the trade of E-ecommerce, Online payment replaces cash transactions, and it has change the old traditional pattern of international trade, expanded the content and form of international trade, deepened international division of labor, brought prosperity information merchandise trade and spawned major changes in international trade. Meanwhile, in international trade, e-commerce has increased the risk of moral hazard,transaction security risk, legal risk and the risk of tax evasion, and increased international trade division, impact on the traditional trade theory As a country of the lage-scale foreign trade, the development of e-commerce is strategic decisions which will change the model of economic development.But there is a short board of weaknesses in infrastructure, logistics and technology, laws and regulations, credit and other security aspects, which has restricted the development of e-commerce in China’s foreign trade.This paper analysis of the impact of electronic commerce on international trade, both positively and negatively.This paper provides some suggestions for practical p roblems in the development of e-commerce, as a reference for the development of China’s foreign trade.
