Study On The Development Situation And Industrialization Integration Method Of Anhua Dark Tea

Because of its unique healthy effect, dark tea attracts a lot of attention of tea researchers and medical researchers. Chinese dark tea is mainly produced in provinces of Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangxi. According to the geographical distribution, there are Hunan dark tea, Sichuan dark tea, Hubei dark tea, Guangxi dark tea and Yunnan Pu’er tea. Thanks to the suitable environment of dark tea, Anhua won a reputation for "the hometown of dark tea". So the issue of whether Anhua dark tea can gradually revive the majestic by learning from the experience of Yunnan Pu’er tea has great practical significance.The main research object of my paper is the development and industrialization of the Anhua dark tea, we also carefully examined the specific operating conditions of Anhua tea enterprises and visited the representative enterprises of Anhua tea such as channels of Hunan high horse Erxi Tea Co. Ltd, Hunan Tang dark tea Development Co., Ltd. and Hunan Lao Shun Xiang Tea Co. Ltd. Then we found that problems dark tea firms are now facing are the difficulty of key enterprises to combine for their compartmentalization. Decision makers’ strategic consciousness is weak because of too many corporate shareholders. Though the tea sales are profitable, tea farmers have very low income. What’s more, corporate interests are not in the long run by adopting the model of direct marketing. We analyzed the current situation of tea enterprises and the dark tea enterprises’ internal and external developmental environment through references and comparison, and then we put forward the integration mode of industrialization which is in line with the development of its characteristics combined with SWOT analysis method and the existing tea industry consolidation pattern. Next we proposed to integrate the government with the help of a capital market forces and put forward the specific implementation path and the implementation strategy on the basis of brand, channel, technology center, base advantage in establishing dark tea industry group.Combining theoretical research with practical investigation, using the industrialization theory analysis and taking the specific circumstances of the dark tea enterprise empirical research into account, we formulate the development strategy of Anhua tea and put forward corresponding suggestions. Finally we put forward advices. Firstly, we should enhance the publicity on culture to lead the development of tea industry. Secondly, we need increased policy support to the development of dark tea industry. Thirdly, we must raise investment in production of scientific research in order to support the development of tea industry. Finally, we have to establish the marketing strategic alliance of Anhua tea enterprises. I think these suggestions have very important practical implications for the combination of these suggestions can promote the implementation of Anhua tea’ industry integration.
