In recent years, with the development of market economy, the increasingly fierc e competition,enterprises are facing increasingly complex business environment, with f requent, all kinds ofbusiness scandals, not only seriously disturbed the order of the m arket economy, but also affect the consumer for the credibility of enterprises, which le d to the society from all walks of life to the organization ethical climate of concern.The existing research mainly focuses on the influence of organizational ethical cli mate toemployee ethics behavior, role and influence on the attitude of staff pay less at tention toorganizational ethical climate and its mechanism. Good organizational ethical climate can be beneficial, work attitude and work behavior improve employees, so th at employees fromsubjective consciousness to change its attitude to work, and to activ ely participate in the work,the good moral atmosphere can enhance the employees’ org anizational commitment and job satisfaction, reduce turnover rate, improve organizatio nal performance, and promote thesustainable development organization. Foreign countri es have made great progress in theresearch of organizational ethical climate, but the re search in this field has just started in China, most of domestic scholars for the study of organizational ethical climate mainly focus on the organizational ethical climate im pact on employee’s work behavior, and has less influence on organizational ethical clim ate of the employee’s work attitude. But did not affect the mechanism of in-depth study of organizational ethical climate on employees’work attitude,as well as the mediatin g variables (perceived organizational support) after effect.Perceived organizational support has been a hot issue of academic research and enterprise,as the organization for the commitment of employees, so that employees fee 1 the organizationfor its ideas, emotions and work support and commitment, which affect s the attitude of staff.But most of the domestic scholars perceived organizational supp ort as the antecedent variables, there is little as the intermediary variable, and the stud y on the relationship betweenorganizational ethical climate and perceived organizationa 1 support is rarely. Therefore, this study on the basis of the existing research, to explo re China’s cultural background,organizational ethical climate and work attitude and perc eived organizationalsupport, cultivategood moral atmosphere for organization manageme nt, improve employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment, reduce turnover rate, and provide a new thinking as in theory, so the study on the influence of organ izational ethical climate on job attitude- the mediating effects of perceived organizati onal support is very important.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using perceived organizational su pport as a mediator, adding demographic variables as control variables, combining with the investigation questionnaire, the relationship between research and verification of o rganizational ethical climate and work attitude, and the role of mediating variables.The empirical research shows the law, caring, there was a significant positive co rrelation withorganizational commitment, system type, self interested, independent organ ization ethical climate is not significantly predictive power for organizational commitm ent; care type, type,type of legal system on job satisfaction have significant positive cor relation, self interest,independent organization ethical climate do not have significant fo recasting power for job satisfaction. After entering the intermediary variable of perceiv ed organizational support,played a completely mediating role of organizational suppor t organizational ethical climate and organizational commitment in caring; organizational support organizational ethical climate and organizational commitment in law plays part of the intermediary role; organizational support plays a mediating role between the sy stem and independent self.Organizational commitment; organizational support in the org anization caring moral atmosphere and job satisfaction plays full intermediary role; play the part of the intermediary role between the legal system, organizational ethical clim ate and job satisfaction; and plays a mediating role between self type, independent typ e and job satisfaction.In addition, this study examines the effect of some demographic variables on job attitudethrough independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis, the resu Its show that some demographic variables have significant impact on work attitude.The innovation of this paper lies in, to some extent, lack of organizational ethica 1 climatetheory. Previous studies in the organizational ethical climate and organizationa 1 ethical climateimpact on employee behavior, and perceived organizational support o n employee work attitudes, behavior, and less to perceived organizational support as a mediator to study, this paper makes up for this blank, perfect the research on organiz ational ethical climate.Finally, based on the summarized research results, points out the limitations of th is research,and the possible direction of future study and improvement to provide feas ible recommendations.
