Research On Financing Efficiency Evaluation For Small And Medium High-tech Enterprises

Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise innovation ability directly affects the enterprise competitiveness and development, and influnces the construction of an innovative country. Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise improves independent innovation ability and promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, it is inseparable from financial support. The problems that carrying on the financing to meet enterprise capital demand and allocating and using fund to get the greatest profits have been concerned by small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise, therefore, it is worth studying to evaluate financing efficiency of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise which provides financing decision support.Now, the study for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises at home and abroad about evaluation methods of financing efficiency mainly focus on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and data envelopment method. Using the three methods to evaluate the financing efficiency is influenced by subjective factors, and the matter-element model which is from the material of the element evaluation can reduce subjective factors,so it made the evaluation more objective. In this thesis,based on the analysis of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise financing current situation,existing problems and capital requirement,it systematacially expounds financing efficiency influencing factors of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Then the financing efficiency evaluation index system of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises is established.According to the basic principle of matter-element model, the matter-element model for financing efficiency evaluation is established, Via the empirical research exampled with hangzhou zhongwei electronic company, according to the empirical results,the corresponding financing strategies are raised.This research can provide some references for the financing efficiency evaluation of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise.It has important significance for small and medium-sized hitech enterprises to promote the financing efficiency and provide fund support for enterprise innovation.
