In recent years, the implement of the expanding dom estic demand policy accelerating the pace of urbanizatio n. The investment in transportation,energy, water conservancy project is increasing and more and more social security house are being built.It brought a lot of opportunities for sm all and medium construction enterprises and makes the small and medium construction enterprises play an important roles in the national economy.Heavy upfront investment,long cycle are feature of cons truction enterprises. It appears a lot of potential risk in p roject decision,feasibility analysis,project design, construction,bidding and final acceptance.The frequent accidents in projects remind the construction enterprise management:enterprise internal control problems can not be ignored.Therefore, improving the construction of enterprise internal control system is urgent requirement of them.In this paper, we analysis the current situation and the weak point of internal control of ZCEC enterprise.W e also propose consummate countermeasure of enterprise internal control construc ting in in ternal control environment, enterprise financial management, enterprise culture construction, inf ormation communication and internal supervision.And we re-design the internal control management of several important segment.
