Research On The Effect Of Social Network Resources On The Performance Of Logistics Cluster Enterprise

The logistics park is one of the main forms of logistics cluster. At present, there is hundreds of logistics parks in China. However, the level of overall development of logistics cluster in China is poor. Many logistics parks did not play the advantages of integrated resources. For logistics cluster enterprises, by constructing the logistics cluster network to accept the using of social networking resources can improve their performance, and it’s a very urgent and realistic issue.Firstly, according to the literature study, constructed a network structure- main enterprises- trinity network resources of logistics cluster network on theoretical model of influencing factors to enterprise performance. Then, based on practical research data of 33 logistics companies from Jinrun logistics center, conduct correlation analysis to overall network stucture characteristics and performance of enterprise logistics, research on the influence of social network stucture to logistics cluster performance using social network analysis 2-model portrayed four kind of internet relation between logistics enterprises of Jinrun logistics center, government agencies, university institutions, intermediaries, and financial institutions.Finally, based on the above study presented relevant recommendation to enhance logistics enterprise performance, hope to formulate policy and provide support to the practices of logistics cluster enterprise.
