| This paper at the perspective of flexible organizational strategy,exploring the impact of technological innovation on the firm performance of high-end manufacturing. Learn the outcome of this proposition about the theoretical and empirical research from at home and abroad.This article refers to the endogenous growth theory, Schumpeter innovation theory, input-output theory, organizational theory Strategic Flexibility.and defined the concept of our high-end manufacturing, technological innovation,organizational strategy.Followed by high-end manufacturing in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies 2008-2013 as empirical research samples,Analysis of the relationship between the technological innovation, the flexibility of organization strategic,and the performance of companies.Using R& D investment and technological innovation measure the number of patents, ROE measure firm performance, firm size, asset-liability ratio as a control variable, employee education and intangible assets as manipulated variable, thereby establishing a multiple regression model.The conclusions of this study as follow:First, high-end manufacturing R&D investment and patent number active role in ROE.Secondly, the education level of employees in the organization’s strategic flexibility has a significant positive impact on corporate performance.Finally, the staff level of education to strengthen the relationship between the number of patents and enterprise performance, that is, the existence of a positive regulatory effect,but the education level of R&D can not regulate the investment and corporate performance.In addition, the rate of corporate has a intangible positive regulatory effect on R&D investment and firm performance, as well as the rate of intangible has a positive effect between the patent number and firm performance Use above conclusions into practice,from a business point of view, high-end manufacturing enterprise activities should follow the principle of proportionality in their technological innovation, they should development mechanimand pay attention to the introduction of R&D personnel, they also should actively cultivate research talent、improve patent quality、strengthen patent protection,and nurture moderately flexible resources 、 enhance strategic flexibility;From point of government view, the relevant departments should be help the enterprises solve the problem of technological innovation capability and low levels of performance and flexibility weak organizational strategy and other issues from the terms of market and legal and economic policy and so on. |
