| With the rapid development of electronic technology and network application, Internet finance is gradually developed into an important trading, payment and financing tools. The domestic research on Internet financial development started slowly, until the mid ninety’s, with the rise of e-commerce, Internet Finance entering people’s field of vision, the influence of Internet Finance gets the social economy more and more corresponding attention. We need to understand the development of Internet Finance and improve its regulatory policy as soon as possible, in order to promote the better development of the industry.I learn the Internet Financial definition from the report of financial stability(2014), the People’s Bank of China. And classify the Internet Finance based on traditional financial online and new forms of Internet Finance. Firstly, through literature review, extensive collection of Internet financial development from a variety of data information, I analysis of current situation of the development of the Internet in the form of our financial data. Secondly, through in-depth analysis of risk exists two kinds of Internet financial innovation development, I conclude the common risk of Internet Finance. At the same time, research on Internet financial regulatory policy of China, to identify shortcomings. Finally, summarizes abroad on Internet financial regulatory ideas, from macroscopic to microcosmic main body, government regulation and industry mainly from the regulatory system--the People’s Bank of China is a subject, industry self-regulation is auxiliary, supervision implementation guarantee--law and moral double constraints, important direction of supervision--information security, disclosure system, credit evaluation three aspects of the Internet Financial regulatory suggestions.The thesis finally summarizes the process of composing the harvest and shortcomings, and strive to use the public management professional knowledge to national policy form the building blocks. |
