| With the increasing maturity of e-commerce platform, all kinds of enterprises relying on the e-commerce platforms also have developed rapidly. Especially the individual shops accounted for more than half the seats on this low trading platforms. However, this kind of the individual store value evaluation method on the e-commerce platform has not been formed systematically. Mainly because it is different from the traditional Enterprise value evaluation in tangible assets, intangible assets, Goodwill, tax and so on, the traditional evaluation methods can not be applied. Based on this situation, this paper discussed the value evaluation method of the e-commerce platform on the individual store, researched the factors of the impact assessment values and the influence.This article provides the background for individual shops value evaluation and the effects on the value evaluation from the growth. Then analyze of the value related factors of the individual shops according to the PEST Model, Five Forces Model, the internal Value Chain Model and the Key Success Factors. Briefly describe traditional enterprise evaluation methods and their limitations and discuss the value evaluation ideas and methods. Finally, WILLIAM Lock be choosed, which is clothing store on Taobao, for empirical analysis. And apply sensitivity analysis to main factors of assessment. According to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward suggestions for individual electric shops who intend to persist competitive advantage.This article combines previous enterprise value evaluation and network enterprise value evaluation, combines the basic principle of assets evaluation system and the characteristics of this kind of enterprises according to the present popular online individual shops, thus forms a new operational assessment method. It provides other way for the fair value to the individual shops business investment, transfer, purchase, and provides the basis for the development of market economy orderly. |
