Building industrialization of affordable housing is not only beneficial to improve the quality, efficiency and environmental performance of affordable housing, but also improve the overall construction level of construction industry.This paper first analyzes the current development of affordable housing building industrialization, summarize the characteristics of affordable housing building industrialization and current promotion strategy, then sums up the influence factors of development of affordable housing building industrialization. According to the influencing factors, a system dynamics model is built in affordable housing building industrialization, taking Beijing city as an example, using the established system dynamics model to analysis and research what should be adjusted by government can effectively promote the development of affordable housing building industrialization of China. Finally, according to the results of the analysis of system dynamics, strategy for all aspects of government regulation should be given, this purpose is to further accelerate the progress of implementation of affordable housing building industrialization in China, but also provide theoretical principle when the local government formulate promoting strategy of affordable housing building industrialization.In the process of research, this paper has used the methods of literature review, theoretical research, system dynamics, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and quantitative analysis, to make all the results more practical significance. This paper use system dynamics in the promotion of affordable housing building industrialization; at the same time through analysis presented excellent parts warehouse system, in guiding the manufacturer supply qualified units but also provide developers authoritative path to select units. Finally, through the analysis of the system dynamics, put forward the highly targeted affordable housing building industrialization promoting strategies. |
