In the rapid development of banking, information technology and communications, the Internet, the communications and information technology are applied to finance widely. Thus Internet banking is born. Internet banking includes traditional banking services and applications brought by information technology emerging businesses though internet. Because of not restricted by time and space, Internet banking makes people feel the diversity of unprecedented financial consumption. Therefore, the development of Internet banking is becoming the focus of attention at home and abroad. The voices and more intense of online banking providing diversity services for the public is greater.With the end of the protection period of China’s accession to WTO, foreign banks have entered the Chinese banking sector completely, and a lot of non-bank financial institutions make financial products innovative, such as:the balance of treasure, treasure etc cash squeeze Chinese commercial banks in the market share. Due to changes in domestic and international competition in the market, the competition of banking is intensified increasingly. China’s commercial banks have to promote the Internet banking develop rapidly, if we want to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition. Internet banking is going to be a new profit growth point of China’s commercial banks, and it will change the pattern of financial competition with new business. Thus, it is particularly important for us to excavate factors that affect the development of China’s Internet banking.The paper expounds the domestic and foreign theory about the development of the Internet banking. At first, the paper describes and analysts the status of the first Internet banking in China. Theoretically, the influence factors on the development of Chinese commercial Banks to the Internet banking for normative analysis. Because the electronic banking’s development is based on the China’s Internet banking, and the account for transaction of China’s Internet banking’s business is gradually increased, studying the influence factors of the development of China’s Internet banking also has the corresponding important significance. Second, the author began to collect a large amount of data, and use the econometric analysis method to analyze the factors affecting the development of China’s Internet bank empirical. And then writer make theoretical analysis based on the empirical analysis result, in order to provide reference to the development of China’s Internet banking. At last, putting forward policy suggestions to promote the development of China’s Internet bank further. Firstly, improving the safety of the Internet bank to guarantee the safe and reliable. Secondly, expanding the scale of the Internet bank itself to set up the bank brand image. Thirdly, strengthening the cooperation with e-commerce, to expand the scope of services. Fourthly, Integrating marketing of the bank on the net, to change the concept of marketing. Lastly, Improving the level of people affected by education to pay attention to personnel training. Through the above five kinds of methods, reaching the effect to promote the development of China’s Internet bank finally.
