Research On Cost Control Of X Company Based On Value Chain Analysis

Chemical enterprises play the main role in the national economic development of our country, compared with other enterprises, chemical enterprises cost control, there are more problems, so the research is very urgent, the main idea of the concept of value chain as the management, the value chain management theory combined with the present situation of the cost control of enterprise to solve the realistic problem, is the direct power of cost control. The practice shows that, the enterprise and the supplier, distributor and customer relationship more closely, if the enterprises want to have their own unique competitiveness, to maintain its competitive advantage, we need to analyze from the perspective of the entire value chain, enhance the enterprise the competitive ability, and improve the overall strength of the body.First introduced the selected topic background, the research status at home and abroad, the theory of value chain and cost control theory. This paper introduces shortcomings of traditional cost control theory, and the use of the theory of value chain cost control system for X company to improve the superiority and necessity. Secondly, introduce the basic situation of X company, the X company in terms of cost control problems, and the value chain of suppliers, vendors use the value chain theory, as well as the company’s internal value chain analysis, and then to build the value chain cost control system. Finally, put forward some methods and measures to solve the problem of the validity of the established cost control system.
