With the continuous development of China economy, the real estate brokerage industry experienced a development process, from tiny to large, the initial formation of the industry norms and become a group of a certain size of the real estate brokerage business companies. The future of the real estate brokerage enterprises has to face not only the market environment change constantly, but also the new situation of economic and market conditions, they should continuously make the adaptive adjustment of their business model. They have to explore the new way to to continuously meet new needs of customers.The development of electronic commerce in China has been10years, from the Taobao to brand electronic business website to the group purchase, the pattern of electronic commerce also constantly bring forth the new through the old. With the change of the development of mobile Internet and the needs of the user, O2O (online to offline) model is constantly infiltrated into various industries, the real estate brokerage industry also began using this new technology to change their business model, the traditional intermediary shop based companies are busy building the platform on the line, and the traditional Internet real estate website companies that constantly open shops, expand to the offline.020business model of has increased the customer experience dramatically and integrated the online and offline resources.With the development of the new situation, Homelink is also facing the same problem., The three traditional business models of lease, sale, agent and the O2O model with the integration of the online and offline resources in the real estate brokerage industry are reviewed.. With the comparison of O2O model of Soufun and5i5j, the basic framework of the O2O model of real estate brokerage enterprise in the new economic situation was summarized..The SWOT analysis method is used in this paper to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current business model of real estate brokerage company. The influence of020business model on the value realization of Homelink and its future development trend is analyzed from the business system, positioning, profit model and the key resource capacity according to the elements of the business model of real estate brokerage firms. Based on the analysis of the composition of commercial real estate mode on the basis of elements, the implementation strategy of the O2O business model of the real estate broker’s Firm and the future development direction of real estate brokerage industry to combine the online and offline resources was put forward.
