International labor export is an important part of the rental cost of globaleconomic integration, the development of our country is based on labor resources inthe country, adequate labor supply not only meet the needs of economic development,while the surplus labor force has also brought some pressure on employment in theeconomic structure to a certain period of time, may be accompanied by a reactionforce, restricting economic development even further along certain social problems.How to find a balance between economic development and social stability, wisdomand guidance highly scientific needs. Scientific and rational overseas labor export isundoubtedly solve sustainability issues we face an important supplementary means.After the reform and opening up, with the rapid growth of China’s foreign trade,China’s labor export into the period of great development, although output expanding,but in the process of rapid development also highlights some of the problems, forwhich I respect our labor export related systems, combining push-pull, neoclassicaleconomics, economic migration theory, the theoretical analysis and the combinationof actual cases through the history and current development of our labor export, andthen learn about the experience of developed countries, labor export mainly in EastAsia Japan, South Korea’s export experience in labor, in order to avoid re-take hiscountry detour to achieve leapfrog development to improve our labor export systemand relevant laws and regulations.Through the critical issues facing the labor input of analysis, system solutionsand recommend measures to improve the relevant aspects of labor output mechanismto safeguard the healthy, orderly and scientific development of the industry.
