Research On The Risk Aanalvsis And Assessment Based On The Military Indystry Fixed Assets Investment Proiects Of The Scientific Research Institution

Since the12th’five years plan’, along with the rapid development of the science technology and industry for national defense and the significant reforms in China’s military modernization, the investment amount of the military industry has enhanced dramatically. There are more and more research institutions investments projects of the military industry fixed assets. It is not only promoting the development of the research institutions, but accelerating the technologic innovation. However, because of the incomplete management system and the other adverse factors, it is obvious that project risk management has become the one of the most means to avoid the risk.Tightly around the military industry fixed assets investment project risk, this thesis will discuss its formation, evaluation and control. First, combined the related knowledge, this thesis would expound the conceptions and theories of the project risk management. And then, it not only analyzes the problems what the current management of military industry fixed assets has and discussed the necessity of the project risk management, but also it would further discuses at the details of the risk identification and work out its detailed list. Furthermore, this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess these risks and finds out the specific risk control strategy during the early stage, the implementation process stage, and the finish check and accept stage. In the end, combined with the specific case studies of the military industry fixed assets, control measures and final solutions are proposed according to the risk analysis result.For now going the project risk management is necessary. Through the analysis of this thesis, it is obvious to find out that project risk management could provide value to the managers in raising the risk awareness and improving the managerial and administrative expertise. It is also can help managers to identify risks in order to take actions for avoiding the impacts of the risks and increasing the benefits.
