Abstract/Summary:
The technology-intensive IT enterprises are knowledge-based enterprises based oninnovation. The knowledge and skills and the high-end and high efficiency are the key factorsto remain competition in the world. However, in the process of enterprise efficiency and rapiddevelopment, many problems appear,These problems not only harm the staffs, physical andmental health and their career development, also bring great loss to the enterprisedevelopment. How to build the psychological contract between the employees and theorganization, reduce the employees’ feeling of job burnout and improve their careerhappiness, then to inspire the staffs’ working enthusiasm and potential, finally achieve theorganization goal, has become the core issue of organization and management practice.The research is based on the IT staff as the research object, and selects psychologicalcontract violation and job burnout as the front variables, uses questionnaire and statisticalanalysis methods, studies how the IT enterprise employees’ psychological contract violationand the job burnout influent job well-being, and whether the job burnout is a intermediatevariable. Concretely, the paper is based on the mature theories of psychological contract, jobburnout and work happiness, combing the connotation, the dimension of each variable, andthe relationship between each variable. Finally, construct the theoretical model of this study.Through the analysis, we mainly draw four conclusions: Firstly, the psychological contractviolation has a significantly negative effect on job well-being; Secondly, job burnout has asignificantly negative effect on job happiness; Thirdly, job burnout is intermediary variablebetween psychological contract violation and the job well-being,Finally, gender, age, maritalstatus, income, position, length of service, education and other demographic variables haveeffect on the IT enterprise staffs’ psychological contract violation, job burnout and jobwell-being,they also bring individual differences.I hope the conclusion can provide some valuable reference for the domestic study ofpsychological contract violation、job well-being and job burnout.
