Study On Industrial Development Measurements Of Yandu New Town In Chaoyang City

As a newly formed part,Yandu new town is a key point to achieve the goal of realizing regional character and changing the mode of economic development as well as adjusting the space structure of Chaoyang. The development of new town is important in expanding space of the center city and function extension,which is positive about the development of this city. Taking the industry debelopment of Yandu new town as the research topic,this paper is divided into four chapters,,discussing the selection,development and the corresponding measures of Yandu, is divided into four chapters. The contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, introduced the background and significance of this research, put forward the main methods and technical route, described the main contents of this paper.The second chapter analysed the status of industry development of Yandu new town.reviewed it and discussed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges which the new town faced.The third chapter described how to choose major industry and then analysed the feasibility of it. Learning from the experience of developing town domestic and overseas as well as recording to the rules and development orientation,we put forward the major orientation of Yandu new town industry goal which is amiding at building important aerospace power base,high-level equipment base, new energy automobile industry base in Bohai ring circle and new economy service platform in northwest of Liaoning, then analysed the feasibility.The fourth chapter put forward the measures to developing the Industry of Yandu new town:Aerospace electronic industry should rely on Aerospace Changfeng power to expand itself, forming completely electronic components industry system gradually, then we can go to develop the ireless communications equipment industry. Developing modern service industry energetically, highlighting the landscape features of Yandu to build leisure comprehensive commercial center, promoting the development of cultural and creative industries, setting up scientific and technological innovation platform to strengthen innovation,creating for of scientific and technological innovation and transformation base in Bohai ring circle.Focusing on the breakthroughs in battery power, relying on the equipment manufacturing industry and the automobile industry base to cultivate new energy automobile and the industry chain. Exerting the advantages of the equipment manufacturing industry to support the core enterprise, integrating and transformating of supporting enterprises to enhance the ability of local matching. We should based on the regional point to integrate resource elements, promoting the ability of research and development, developing new products,forming a double driving with secondary industry and tertiary industry to promote fusion and development.
