Accompanied by the acceleration of the urbanization process, as well as international contracting business matures, China’s construction and installation of construction enterprises are facing broad market prospects. The attendant is the challenges and opportunities. Since our country joined the WTO, foreign enterprises have poured into installation of mechanical and electrical installation of mechanical and electrical industry, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Mechanical and electrical installation engineering profits will becomeincreasingly rationalized, extensive cost management way already cannot adapt to the requirements of the increasingly fierce competition in the market.Enterprises can only rely on a good level of project cost and reduce the project cost, in order to lower than the industry average cost of acquiring the cost advantagesand gain advantage in the fierce competition. However, we must soberly realize, domestic electrical installation enterprise is facing many problems in project cost management, particularly, not establishing systematic cost management system and information management system. These problems are largely restricted to improve the level of project cost management of mechanical and electrical installation.
