Since "A law and two regulation" promulgated in2002, trust industry in China has developed rapidly based on the institutional strength. According to statistics, from2007to2012, the trust assets doubled nearly7times. Until the end of the fourth quarter of2013, total amount of trust assets of is more than10.9trillion, It exceeded total amount of insurance industry, and became the second largest financial pillar industry in China.However, with the coming of "weath management times", trust industry at the crossroads is in urgent need of transformation. Some large trust companies have developed business in the field of private wealth management. From the perspective of marketing, design and development of trust product should be to meet the financial needs of customers, maintain customer relationship and select high quality products for our customers. Due to the relevant trust laws and regulations and market constraint conditions, existing circulation mechanism lags seriously, limits the transformation and development of the trust industry. K trust company gradually realized that the importance of trust products circulation mechanism design. Especially for S trust product, circulation mechanism is particularly important, because it is large-scale and long maturity.
