The financial and wealthy in insurance sector had milestone and developed very fastsince had a “Big Finance” concept proposal in Group of Twenty Finance Ministers andCentral Bank Governors (G20) since2013. The survey of Hurun Research Institutionindicated that there were above1,050,000people who hold above10Million wealthsince2013in China, also had the investment capital above2700Billion RMB(Chinese dollars). The demand of high-class group increased fast, which will helpChinese financial management marketing developed rapidly. The business such asBank, Trust, Insurance started to pay more attention to the high-class client, prefer totake the first priority in high-class financial management market.A Insurance Group is one of the top7insurance companies and also ranks the top500enterprise in China, The Wealth Management Business Center in A Insurance Group isfacing the potential opportunity and challenge. This dissertation included the analysisof A Insurance Group and Wealth Management Business Center into four areas.Firstly, the introduction of the existing A Insurance Group and Wealth ManagementBusiness Center, the analysis of the existing development trend for A Insurance Group;Secondly, the introduction of the macro environment of the Wealth ManagementBusiness Center from political environment, economic environment, socialenvironment and technical environment these four factors;Then, the analysis of the suppliers’ cost strategy ability, purchaser’s cost bargain ability,the threat of the new group, the threat of replaced item, competitors ability;Finally, it is analyzed the group’s whole business situation, the clients from theProperty Insurance and Life Insurance branches, the staff in Wealth ManagementBusiness Center and the analysis of the product. It is concluded that Center applied theCentralized Competition Development Strategy. It is suggested that operation mode,organization chart, Profit mode, Sales Method, Brand Management, Product Service,Professional Training all those7areas, had the competition integration suggestion forthe Wealth Management Business Center (WMBC), in addition, providing the nextstage’s advice for the development of the WMBC.
