With the rapid development of communication technology and changing marketstructure, market competition is increasingly fierce among communication equipmentsuppliers. On the one hand, equipment suppliers must invest more money in theresearch and development. On the other hand, they have to lower the product price asmuch as possible in order to keep the market share. In order to maintain a safetycapital chain, more and more equipment suppliers start to concentrate on their internaloperations management system and try to improve the capability of maximizing profit.Nokia Solutions and Networks (NSN) is one of the high-tech enterprises that appliedprocess management earlier. After many years practical experience, NSN achievedbetter performance through a series of self-developed process management model.Base on NSN end to end operation philosophy, this thesis introduces and analyses theselling process system in NSN, including its flow design, gate management,responsibility assignment for key roles and IT support system, locating problem andgiving the corresponding solutions. The findings of this thesis implicate thesignificance of the process analysis and optimization for enterprise management andprovide valuable managerial implications to other similar high-tech enterprises.
