Satisfaction Evaluation Of Human Settlements Environment In The New Rural Construction Of Hebei Province

To become beautiful, China rural areas must be beautiful. Rural prosperity, we mustpromote socialist new rural construction. We have been in new rural construction worksince2006, rural living environment has a big change, but not yet reach the expected level.The "Short-sighted" pattern of economic development, and not enough attention paid to theimportance of environmental protection, our province rural residential environmentcontinued to deteriorate, severely restricting the comprehensive development of ruralsociety.Living environment science is a complex subject system. in the past,research has toomuch focus on urban human settlement environment construction, research on rural humansettlements environment in Hebei province are still lacking. Based on the existing literatureresearch of rural residential environment satisfaction, this paper attempts to establish asatisfaction index system through exploratory factor analysis model, and then to determineindex weight by adopting relatively objective entropy weight method, finally to calculatethe total living environment satisfaction index. The main conclusions of this paper are:overall index of rural residents living environment satisfaction of Hebei province is61.40, itshows that residents’ overall satisfaction of human settlements environment is average. Inlatent variables of factor analysis, the housing situation is of the highest satisfaction; thesatisfaction of service to society and basic condition is higher; the lowest satisfaction existsin the construction of public facilities. The most dissatisfied aspects in the construction ofpublic facilities for the rural construction are the construction of fitness and entertainmentfacilities. Residents of rich material conditions are more and more looking forward to morecolorful variety of entertainment.In order to further mining the potential relationship between the various factors ofaffect the rural residential environment satisfaction, and find the key method of improvingrural living environment satisfaction, in this paper, we established the decision tree modelbased on data mining technology. According to the market segmentation theory, this articledivides the research variables into breadth subdivision variables and breadth segmentation variables, and established CART decision tree modeling analysis respectively. Researchresults as follows: the span of segmentation variables, family income level is the largestimpact on rural living environment variable, Secondly, is household income, marital status,education level, village geographical conditions, head of the household gender in order.Greening level in the village, village road, village planning condition is the most importantthree variables of breadth segmentation variables. Secondly, in turn is the situation ofvillage health, water and electricity supply, recreational facilities. The impact of ecologicalenvironment for human settlement environment total satisfaction is small. Inference rulesformed through CART decision tree subdivides people who have different points on livingenvironment satisfaction perceived, find out the tendency of all kinds of people’s livingenvironment satisfaction evaluation, is more targeted. It has important reference value toimprove the satisfaction of residents living environment in the construction of newcountryside.According to survey results, this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects:(1)Improving the rural characteristics of the traffic system construction.(2) Highlighting theinfrastructure construction of pollution treatment.(3) To strengthen the construction ofvillage public space and public facilities (4) Attaching great importance to the idyllic villagelandscape construction, hoping to play a positive role in the development of our provincerural living environment. The rural living environment is a huge system, including thenatural, economic, social, many aspects of life in the countryside. This paper mainly fromthe rural economy ecological basic conditions, housing, public facilities and social servicesand so on to design the questionnaire, fail to cover all aspects of the rural residentialenvironment.The research method and the conclusion of this article can provide referencefor subsequent research.
