Constructing the internationalization marketing network of AG Corporation is an inevitably choice to comply with the trend of world’s economics globalization. It is an essential method to establish the first-class multinational corporation and to adapt the supply chain characteristic of steel and iron industry. Furthermore, it’s the demand to obtain the best services for user and satisfy the market. Constructing the AG Corporation’s internationalization marketing network, we have to take good use of two kinds of market and resource and realize the superiority supplementary. After years’ development, the steel&Iron industry of china has changed mostly. The steel&iron enterprises of china is facing the development opportunities and enormous challenges, internationalization competition is undeniable. In order to achieve the goal of "Establishing the competitive products base and creating the world brand", AG should carry out the internationalization operation unhesitatingly, In this paper, research contents include the following four aspects:(1) According to the current situation of Iron and steel industry, indicating the requirement of internationalization operation, making an overview of the basic theory and main methods of international operation(2) Our results suggest that, the internationalization marketing network of AG Corporation could avoid the risks during the operating, it is operational and it could generate economic and society benefits.(3) Prospecting the future direction of AG’s international management, through analyzing an international marketing network of AG which has three layers and two sub-systems and discussing the control of risk identification on the marketing network,(4) Describing the current operation status and development objectives of AG, and constructing viable marketing network on the base of the management of supply chain, the constructing and operating efficiencyis an important sector of AG’s production and operation management, according to the reality.
