"Group-buying online" as the new style of marketing is more and more favored by the consumers and the booming development is taking a profound impact of people’s life. With the growing and the development of "group-buying online", the enterprises based on "Group-buying online" pay more attention on how to make the consumers concern them durably. However customer satisfaction is an indispensable important impact for an enterprise which would like to purse long-tern development. Satisfied and loyal customers are the power source of the enterprises which survive and develop in the increasingly competitive market. So, the paper combined the qualitative method and the quantitative method to conduct a customer satisfaction evaluation study of "Group-buying online".The paper firstly analyses the states and the characteristics of the "group-buying online" including the reason why it exists in China. The next section is about the evaluation index of customer satisfaction of "group-buying online". According to the characteristics of the "group-buying online", the author picks up the influence factors of customer satisfaction to confirm the evaluation index and to establish the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction of "group-buying online" which use TOPSIS and AHP method. Then the paper analyses the method of evaluation. The last section is the empirical analysis which with the case of4websites of group-buying, the author collects the data about the customer satisfaction and treats it with necessary mathematical method. Then puts the data to the model to gain the result while analysis and research the result deeply. At last, the author put forward the measures and suggestion to promote the customer satisfaction index of "group-buying online".
