The Research On Characteristic Agriculture Of Less-developed Areas

The problem of development of less-developed areas is a prominent problem that the world is facing.less-developed areas are areas that consist of the old, the young, the far and the poor’. The economic foundation is weak, the development is low, the education is far behind the average and the total development is unbalanced. The Physiocrats of France in18th century advocated the ideology of agriculture, emphasizing that the fast development of agricultural sector would naturally optimize the development of other sectors and a lot of practice had proved that developing industrial economy was difficult and hard to affect the whole picture. Therefore, the development of agriculture of less-developed areas is important for the economy development of the whole area. Nevertheless, how can we develop the agriculture of less-developed areas?The key is that you need to find out the sally port. This article states that the sally port is finding out the advantages about less-developed areas and developing a special agriculture.Resources endowment theory has been developed into a mature theory which values the endowment advantages of one area and has a strong influence on less-developed areas. In order to grasp the advantages of agricultural development of less-developed areas in our country, this article systematically analyzed five key factors such as farmland stock, Primary Production Labourers, capital stock, human capital and technical contribution to agriculture of seven representative western provinces using Resources endowment analysis method, obtained current conditions of resource endowment of less-developed areas, and explored how to develop the special agriculture of less-developed areas combining resources endowment advantages. This paper takes coffee industry of Yongde county as an example, reconsiders its present development ideas and policy measures, give a deep thought of the characteristic agriculture development of the less-developed areas by the analysis of this case.In the end, the author hopes to come up with some basic views on the development of agriculture in less-derdeveloped areas, and then enlighten the development procedure.
