With the market competition growing more and more intensive,it has been failed to adapt to the market competition only based on the extensive management of wholesale sales model,it is necessary to find a new management method to win the market competitive advantage. Clothing products belong to fashional and seasonal products,and the market demand fluctuate frequently, so it is difficult to control and predict its inventory.When actual demand is far less than the predict,it will cause high inventory;On the contray, when actual demand is much more than the predict,it will cause high stockout. In addition,for the same style products, due to the difference between the sales area and sales situation, it will lead to high inventory in one region, while high stockout in another region. It is urgent to solve the proboem. High inventory of brand clothing in recent years is the best example. We find that the traditional order process is the root of the problem, in order to improve the situation and manage the inventory reasonably and scientifically.A new management method should be introduced to the clothing enterprises to modify the process of order mode which is more applicable and more efficient.According to the entire sales channel existing problems of clothing enterprises, this article combine the pulling replenishment and traditional order procedure, implement the dynamic buffer management of inventory, optimize the procedure in order to solve the proboem of high stockout and high inventory.The numerical experiment show that the modified process cause much lower inventory and stockout than the normal one and the prediction results are much closer to the actual demand.
