A Study On The Mode Of Rural Land Circulation In Hubei Province

＂ Grain is earth-oriented＂． The land is closely related to thebenefits of farmers． As the need of rural land scale management， t h ecirculation of rural land right has been widely carried out in all parts ofthe country with the dual effects from suction and external thrust． Inaddition， the circulation of rural land right also become one of theimportant research issues in rural areas in China． From t he situation ofthe circulation of rural land ri ght’s development in the country， it is thecore of reform of the rural land use system in our country， the solution ofthe＂ three rural issues＂， the current balance urban and rural refor mhave the extremel y realistic significance for China’s rural economicdevelopment．The school gave me an opportunity to do the intern in the AgricultureDepart ment of Concession in Hubei Province． I realized some hotproblems from t he head the Department of Agriculture， operateprescription dehong director， director of Zhang Qinglin mana gementbureau chief and other leaders． The regulation of the circulation of ruralland’s contracted manage ment right is the foundation of other problems，also the most urgent， that is the theoretical problem need to besupported．Meanwhile， the professor Xia Xiongbia who is hubei provinceagriculture and rural commit tee of National People’s Congress secretaryalso suggested this topic as my thesis research topic．Therefore， I choosethe studies of rural land circulation proble ms in Hubei province as mymaster graduate degree paper topic， I hope this paper can help thedevelopment of the circulation of rural land’s contracted managementright．Of recent interest is the general research and analysis of thetransformation of land property around the HuBei province．This thesis isbased on the fundamental resources in journal articles and existedproperty transfer data from HuBei agriculture depart ment during myintern． Depending on the real situation in HuBei, the main strategy issynthesizing the me thod of positive analysis and theoretical analysis tostructure the specific analyzing frame and to figure out the mechanism ofparticular issues． Meanwhile, typical models and corresponded dominantfactors of the transfor mation of rural land property around the HuBei province have been analyzed and summarized in this thesis． Compared toother si mi lar publications with narrow single analysis， this novel thesisrecommends extra suggestions of measure ment and policy of model， i nterms of market subject, mec hanism, economy a nd governmental policy．...
