| With the development of economy, internet, globalization, and business growth since1980s, competitive environment has changed very much. As a result, company must do more innovation and learn new knowledge endlessly, to response to this new, dynamic and uncertainty society.Business growth is an important part in corporate strategy, many strategic scholars have interest in the study of business growth due to its complexity and dynamic nature. In Chinese enterprises, there are a lot of short-lived enterprises, because they have a short history, special background and backward management so that the growth rate, quality and sustainability is not very ideal.As a senior manager, I experienced my business growth, know the gamble and dilemme of business growth. In this new century, there is no limitation and boundary in time and geography between companies all over the world. Every kind of business must do much more good to create and satisfy customer demands, if these business want to win or growth.This paper uses strategic management tools to make an in-depth analysis of the history, factors and future of the case company’s growth. Then, a vertical integration strategy for business growth is presented, there are also many discussions about the implementation of integration strategy. Vertical integration strategy is a practical path for small and medium company’ growth.This study on the growth of Qinpai not only guides the company itself to grow gradually but also has some reference to other domestic small and medium enterprises. |
