Today, the internet technology is advancing,3G services are maturing, and4G era is gradually coming. Telecommunications market is fully opening both at home and abroad. Domestic and foreign telecom operators are facing fierce international competition of the round. With the commencement of full-service, the traditional telecom operators have to survive through the enormous challenges in the corporate customer market. At this stage, stability of corporate customers is the most important work for any operator.In this paper, corporate customer market is the analysis object. After the presentation of the background and significance of the study, author presents methods and techniques route for the corporate customer market operations evaluation system, according research status of marketing operating effectiveness.After review of the business analysis theory, the author comes up with that customers industry attributes cannot be ignored during the assessment of customers operating. After combined with the current evaluation system, the author points out the existence of outstanding issues, and suggest operators to evaluate market operating from the industry perspective.This paper focuses on the process of building the corporate customer market operations evaluation indicators and evaluation model, uses exploratory factor analysis to verify the reasonableness of indicators, uses the analytic hierarchy process to build model. The author also add some regulatory factors based on the results of the preliminary assessment in other to ensure the effectiveness and rationality of the model. Later in the application of the model, the author propose further elaborated development strategy according to the evaluation results reflect the problemsFinally, the results of this study are briefly summarized, and make a statement and lack of prospects for further research and study.
