Studies On The Evaluation And Promotion Of The Core Competence Of Jiaozuo City Commercial Bank

Finance is the core of modern economic development, commercial banks are the main body of China’s financial industry, and city commercial banks firm as the "third tier" of commercial banks, is an extremely important part. In the21st century, on the one hand, as the pace of economic globalization is speeding up, China’s economic development is affected more and more by the international economy, the development of China’s financial system is facing enormous challenges; Meanwhile, with China’s economy growth, the level of household consumption increasing, the rapid development of Internet technology, foreign banks into China’s financial markets and the pace of interest rate market and the deposit insurance system to implement the recommendations put forward, they not only bring development opportunities for China’s city commercial banks, but also bring a huge challenge. Whether the commercial bank of Jiaozuo which is in the central of our country can seize the opportunities of building the Central Plains Economic Zone, a new urbanization and Zhengzhou comprehensive experimental zone services in the construction of airports or not, is important for Commercial banks of Jiaozuo to enhance their core competitiveness level. This paper has theoretical and practical significance for the study of double Commercial banks of Jiaozuo core competitiveness.This paper applies theoretical knowledge of financial markets, commercial banks risk management, the core competence theory, corporate strategy; uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It uses qualitative methods to describe the core competitiveness of commercial banks of Jiaozuo, and quantitative analysis method to build models to the core competitiveness of Commercial banks of Jiaozuo. It takes the commercial bank of Jiaozuo as the empirical object, giving evaluate of its development level. This paper introduces the history, current situation and development trend of the commercial bank of Jiaozuo, analyzes the macroeconomic environment, risk control, management innovation, market operations and organizational management of the commercial bank of Jiaozuo’s, have a competitive advantage, analyze its cultivation core competitiveness problems faced. Secondly, it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Delphi method evaluation model was constructed in Commercial banks of Jiaozuo core competitiveness, given the weight values for each layer index, derived using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in which the level of core competitiveness level. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation of Commercial banks of Jiaozuo, the core competitiveness levels, from targeted risk control, management innovation, market operations, organization and management in four areas corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Commercial banks of Jiaozuo to enhance the core competitiveness.
