| Knowledge sharing plays an irreplaceable role in enterprise innovation, it is also aninexhaustible motive force for enterprise development. However, the intention of knowledgesharing is the decisive factor of exchanging knowledge, which can improve the frequency ofknowledge sharing, and provide vitality for enterprise innovation. Among numerous factorsthat affect the willingness of knowledge sharing, trust relationship between employees andmanagers has an important influence on the willingness of knowledge sharing. Nevertheless,for a long time, the trust has been viewed as a slow and passive process. This is the new trendof the times to take the initiative trust behavior, promote the activetrust mechanism. Managerial trustworthy behavior broke the old trust model, make trust moreactive, thus rapid the formation of high-quality trust between the employees and managers,enhance employee satisfaction and recognition of the enterprise. When employees feel themanagers’ efforts to improve their trust relationship, in return they will be more willing tomake organizational citizenship behavior which is based on altruistic nature. It will also impelemployees to form the thinking orientation that personal interests should be subordinated tothe collective ones, thus to force the birth of knowledge sharing intention. In this paper, we putthe managerial trustworthy behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and knowledgesharing intention together, on the base of organizational citizenship behavior, to explorethe influence of managerial trustworthy behavior on sharing willingness of knowledge. Based on the above background, we selected some enterprises in the area of electricpower system, telecommunication system, the advertising, pharmaceutical industry, consumerelectronics and so on. By recycling and arranging the questionnaire, we finally get245validquestionnaires. Then we use SPSS18.0and LISREL8.80statistical analysis tools to dothe descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity testing, correlationanalysis, regression analysis and the mediating effect analysis of the research. Throughthe empirical analysis, we put forward the results of this research and the enlightenmentfor enterprise management.The conclusions reached as follows:1. Managerial trustworthy behavior has a significantinfluence on employee knowledge sharing intention. The management competencebehavior, fair behavior and control sharing behavior have significant effects on the knowledgecontribution willingness. The control sharing behavior and guiding behavior have significanteffects on the knowledge acquisition willingness.2. Managerial trustworthy behavior has asignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The management competencebehavior, fair behavior and control sharing behavior have a significant impact onorganizational citizenship behavior.3. The organizational citizenship behavior has significantpositive impact on knowledge contribution intention and knowledge acquisition intention.4.Managerial trustworthy behavior has a significant influence on the willingness of knowledgesharing through part of the intermediary role of organizational citizenshipbehavior. The fair behavior through the complete intermediary role of organizationalcitizenship behavior has a significant impact on knowledge contribution willingness. Themanagement competence behavior and control sharing behavior through the part ofintermediary role of organizational citizenship behavior have a significant impact onthe knowledge contribution willingness. The management competence behavior and guidingbehavior have a significant influence on the willingness of knowledge acquisition through thepart of the intermediary role of organizational citizenship behavior.Through this research, we provide several important enlightenments for the enterprisemanagement, such as building a superior subordinate trust mechanism rapidly, establishinghigh level organizational culture based on the organizational citizenship behavior, encouraging managers to implement control sharing behavior and improvethe managerial competency behavior. It has a certain reference value for the enterprise topromote employee’s knowledge sharing intention. |
