How to create enterprise employees satisfied with the working environment, how to tap the potential of employees, to maximize the mobilization of the enthusiasm of employees, these enterprises are solved through effective incentive can issue. Especially in the high speed development of IT enterprises today, the core staff incentive as the core content of human resource management, is paid more and more attention in the IT in enterprise management. Therefore, in order to encourage relevant theories and concepts as the basis, combined with the practical application of ZTE (Hangzhou) company, to carry on the research of ZTE (Hangzhou) company core staff incentive problem. Specifically, this paper includes the following contents:firstly, mainly explains the research background and significance, research content, method and innovation points, and puts forward the core concepts and theory of the dissertation. Secondly, on the ZTE (Hangzhou) R&D core staff incentive for empirical analysis, mainly to the reality of ZTE (Hangzhou) company as the research object, analyzes the basic situation of ZTE (Hangzhou) company, the company R&D of core employee incentive status and analysis of the present. Once again, and on this basis, put forward optimization scheme of the company staff motivation, which is the key part of this thesis, and also a difficult part. Finally, further put forward the implementation of the strategy of ZTE (Hangzhou) company R&D core staff incentive mechanism optimization design, and proposed the corresponding strategy and measures of incentive for R&D core employees, such as improving enterprise R&D core staff appointment system, occupation career development channel establishment multi-channel, individualized welfare benefits.
