Study Of Farmer’s Participating Behavior In Rural Mutual Fund Cooperative And Influence Factors

The Farmer’s Mutual Fund Cooperative, as a new type of rural financial, to explore how to solve the difficulties in rural finance has emerged in Wenzhou, as the country’s financial reform experimental zone, is one of the most active frontiers of financial activity. Therefore, the present study selects Wenzhou Qiaoxiang flower cooperatives Mutual Fund Cooperative as a case to explore influence factors of farmers’participation behavior in China’s rural specialized cooperative Mutual Fund Cooperative, has representativeness and special significance.This study summarizes the development course of cooperation economic organization, rural cooperative financial theory,absorbing the past the influence factors of farmers to participate in professional cooperatives capital fraternity research, field survey, questionnaire was designed further to examine the participation behavior of the farmers in the Mutual Fund Cooperative. Then, we select23factors which may affect the farmer’s behavior, and establish the econometric model to analyze:analysis factor, variance analysis and factors modeling analysis, objective evaluation factors of farmers’ participation behavior.The results of econometric analysis show that:There are23factors in the correlation analysis; then14factors of characteristic variables in the logit analysis,8factors pass the significance test and other6factors do not pass.From model analysis and comprehensive analysis of survey data,we conclude:(1)There are low education, long working experience, old people in Mutual Fund Cooperative,(2)the second is the Land scale, family per capita annual income and productive investment proportion, the informal finance and mutual satisfaction degree of farmers and the help to attending the Mutual Fund Cooperative are significant effect with attending the Mutual Fund Cooperative.According to the results of empirical study and Wenzhou qiaoxiang flowers professional cooperatives operation, this paper suggested:The relevant functional departments to increase the farmers’ knowledge training, the government departments should strengthen the support for agriculture personnel optimization policy, rural mutual funds will have to adhere to the agricultural small loans, financial institutions should further improve service..
