Research Issues Of Mongolia SME Financing Policy

Concerning small&medium sized entrepreneurs problem is most main issues inthe most countries of the world. Our government approved the supporting theprogram of small&medium entrepreneurs in1999,2005and its result had discussedand approved the law of the small&medium sized entrepreneurs in2007which wasa good opportunity for economic unites and supporting for them financial problem oramong most private business entrepreneurs has been interesting to run familyindustry.However,some solve problems are faced in front of most small&medium sizedenterprisers’ especially financing issues every year. Most commercial banks are givenvery high requirements for them so most of them are unable to overcome thoserequirements to could not get supporting loan for their business. They don’t have anypledged assets for them.A case study of Ministry of Finance have noted that42percent of financial loanwas most commercial banks of the global banks but83percent of loan was includedin financial loan that was very high in the globally.I have made the case study of solve problems which got in the comericial banksof the Mongolia which was faced for the enterprenuers. Also I have made the solveproblems which were how to be influenced in the macroeconomics. Although, I amunable to determined its factors perfectly because commercial bank and economicsunits both are unable to bedecided those faced problems which were ought to suitto make some decision based on the policies of the central bank, the policy of themoney and the policy of the government.I have used the several methods for my studying which are econometricmethods, comparative and compilation of data, evaluation the results to integratedmethods. I have drafted out developed recommendations that based on the survey results topropose policies to support the development of SMEs and SME credit guaranteesystem and improve the social service system for SMEs, such as improving the legalsystem.
